How to Set Up a Program
in Your School or Daycare Center

It's simple and easy to set up your program. You provide the students and facility, and Cincinnati Dance Academy provides everything else to make your program a success.

Once you decide to participate in the Dance/Fitness Outreach Program, Cincinnati Dance Academy will provide informational flyers and registration forms to be distributed to the parents of your students. The informational flyer will explain the program in detail to the parents. The registration form should be filled out by the parents and returned to you along with the first month's payment.

Cost of the program per student is determined according to the lenght of the class offered:

• 30 minute class/week — $20.00/month
• 45 minute class/week — $25.00/month
• 60 minute class/week — $30.00/month

Once a program is initiated, a start up date is chosen along with a specific day and time available for the class(es). Observation days will be held during the term and parents will be given several weeks notice in order to make arrangements to attend.

Cincinnati Dance Academy offers seven Outreach Programs to choose from — each designed to meet the needs of your students.

Early Childhood Programs

1. Kinder Dance Program for 2 year-old's
2. Kinder Dance Program for 3 & 4 year-olds and Pre-Kindergarten
3. Fun with Fitness: Rythmic Gymnastics for 3 & 4 year-olds and Pre-Kindergarten

After School Programs: Elementary Schools

1. Dance & Fitness Program for 6 year-olds and up
2. Rythmic Gymnastics Program

After School Programs: Middle Schools, Jurnior and Senior High Schools

1. Dance and Fitness Program
2. Sport Dance (ballroom Dance) Program
